If you don't know this already(even by the large text you see when you first go to this page)... I love ramen.

I have tried so many bowls of ramen within the year, and I know what's good-- and what isn't.

So far Tajima has taken the cake in the ramen world! I had their VEGAN ramen, and it was even better than ALL of the Vegetarian bowls that I have had thus far!!

My boyfriend loves Tonkotsu Ramen, and even he loved their ramen. He said that this is probably one of his Top Two places on his favorite ramen list.
